THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES THERE UNDER AS APPLICABLE. THIS ELECTRONIC RECORD IS GENERATED BY A COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES. Your participation in the Probasher Pujo (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign”) through any means shall signify Your acceptance of the Terms as may be amended from time to time and Your agreement to be legally bound by the same :

1. By participating in this Campaign, the participant agrees to give consent to use their details to send communication related to the Campaign and otherwise.

2. The participants are required to send an e-mail with the following details to probasherpujo@abpdigital.in by 12th October 2020:

a) Name and contact number of the participant

b) Name and address of the pujo

c) How old is the pujo?

d) At least 5 high resolution photos of this year/last year's pujo. Do mention if any theme was used for the pandal.

e) Mention in 300 words how you are organizing this year's pujo.

3. The participants are required to send an e-mail with at least 5 high resolution photos of this year/last year's pujo by 12th October, 2020. By participating in the Campaign You hereby give your consent to ABP Digital team to use and/or publish the picture directly or through any third party agency as they may deem fit.

4. You undertake to extend Your full co-operation and You will abide by all other inputs and/or information deemed necessary for the Campaign as required by ABP Digital team from time to time ;

5. You authorize ABP Digital team and ABP Digital team appointed third party agencies to use the photographs as shared by You for the purpose of this Campaign;

6. You understand that ABP Digital team shall not be responsible for any misuse of the picture in any manner whatsoever.

7. You understand that your photographs shall be used by ABP Digital team as per ABP Private Limited’s Privacy policy as available at here.

8. ABP PVT LTD (hereinafter referred to as "ABP Digital team") has the discretionary right to select the entries which would get featured in our article on Durga Pujo basis the quality of the image and write-up shared by them. Submission of entries does not guarantee a mention in our article/s.

9. ABP Digital team reserves the right to change or modify or alter your article and the photos in any manner whatsoever to make it compatible with its website and other editorial contents.

10. No monetary compensation and / or royalty in any form and manner shall be payable for the entries and / or photographs and / or write ups.

11. The said write ups and / or photographs and / or articles shall be deemed to be editorial materials and not for the purpose of any marketing promotion.

12. ABP Digital team shall be at liberty to post the entries along with the details that are shared with with us either commercially or non–commercially now or any time in the future without any further consent and / or permission from your end in any form and manner whatsoever.

13. Your participation is purely voluntary and ABP Digital team shall not be responsible for any loss and damage that you may suffer due to the participation.

14. It is deemed that the entries submitted by you are your own entries and ABP Digital team shall believe the same to be true on good faith and hence you shall indemnify ABP PVT LTD from any loss and damage it may suffer due to featuring the same due to any third party claim against the same.

15. This program may be withdrawn at any point in time without any prior intimation.

16. The decision of ABP Digital team shall be final.

17. All disputes subject to Jurisdiction of Courts of Calcutta.
