শর্তাবলি

1. ‘লালবাবা রাইস পার্বণে আহা রে’ অনুষ্ঠানটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে লালবাবা রাইসের একটি আইপি। / The program ‘Lalbaba Rice Parbone ‘Aha’re’ is an exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of Lalbaba Rice.
2. প্রতিযোগিতায় জমা দেওয়া সমস্ত রেসিপি, ছবি এবং ভিডিয়োর স্বত্ব লালবাবা রাইস ও আনন্দবাজার ডট কম-এর অধীনে থাকবে এবং ভবিষ্যতে তা প্রচারের কাজে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। / All recipes, photographs, and videos submitted for the contest shall remain the property of Lalbaba Rice and Anandabazar.com, and may be used for promotional purposes in the future.
3. এই প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণকারীকে অবশ্যই পশ্চিম ও পূর্ব বর্ধমান, বীরভূম, পুরুলিয়া, বাঁকুড়া, হুগলি, হাওড়া, পূর্ব মেদিনীপুর অথবা পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর—এই ৮টি জেলার যে কোনও একটির বাসিন্দা হতে হবে। / Participants must be residents of any of these 8 districts: Paschim & Purba Bardhaman, Birbhum, Purulia, Bankura, Hooghly, Howrah, East Midnapore, or West Midnapore.
4. একটি পরিবার থেকে কেবল একটি আবেদনই গ্রহণযোগ্য। একই ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেল আইডি ব্যবহার করে একাধিকবার আবেদন করলে তা বাতিল করা হবে। / Only one entry per household is allowed. Multiple applications using the same address, phone number, or email ID will be disqualified.
5. সমস্ত রেসিপি হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বরেই (8583858552) জমা দিতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে তা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় পোস্ট করতে পারেন। / All recipes must be submitted to the this WhatsApp number 8583858552. If desired, participants may also post their entries on social media.
6. সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় আপলোড করার সময় সঠিক নিয়ম মেনে হ্যাশট্যাগ ও ট্যাগ ব্যবহার করা প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগীর জন্য আবশ্যিক। কোনও যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি বা অসুবিধা হলে আমাদের প্রতিনিধিরা আপনাকে সহায়তা করবেন। / Using the correct hashtags and tags while uploading on social media is mandatory for every participant. Our representatives will assist you in case of any technical difficulties.
7. আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা এবং পরিচয় সংক্রান্ত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট হোয়াটস্অ্যাপ নম্বরেই আপলোড করুন। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আপলোড না করাই শ্রেয়। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় শেয়ার করা তথ্যের অপব্যবহার হলে তার দায়িত্ব আনন্দবাজার ডট কম এবং লালবাবা রাইস-এর নয়। / Please upload your name, address, and identity details only to the specified WhatsApp number. It is advised not to share personal information on social media; Anandabazar.com and Lalbaba Rice shall not be responsible for the misuse of any information shared publicly.
8. প্রতিযোগিতার শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত যোগাযোগের জন্য অংশগ্রহণকারীর একটি নিজস্ব ও সচল হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বর থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক। / It is mandatory for participants to have an active personal WhatsApp number for all communication throughout the program.
9. প্রতিযোগীকে দু‘টি ভিন্ন স্বাদের রেসিপি জমা দিতে হবে। একটি চাল দিয়ে তৈরি শীতকালীন মিষ্টি এবং অন্যটি চাল দিয়ে তৈরি কোনও পদ। কোনও বিরিয়ানি পদ এতে সংযোজন করা যাবে না। / Participants must submit two different types of recipes—one winter sweetmeat made of rice and another rice-based dish. Please note, Biryani dishes are not allowed.
10. একটি রেসিপি জমা দিলেও আপনার আবেদন বৈধ বলে গণ্য হবে । তবে দু’টি রেসিপি জমা দিলে আপনি বিচারকদের থেকে ৩০% বোনাস পয়েন্ট বা অতিরিক্ত গুরুত্ব পাবেন। / While a single recipe submission is valid, submitting two recipes will earn you 30% bonus points or extra weightage from the judges.
11. অন্তত একটি রেসিপির ভিডিয়ো এবং উভয় রেসিপির বিস্তারিত লিখিত বিবরণ জমা দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক। রেসিপির বর্ণনা বা বিবরণ-সহ ভিডিয়ো বা ছবি না থাকলে, সেটিকে বৈধ বলে গণ্য করা হবে না। / Submitting at least one video of a recipe and detailed written descriptions for both is compulsory. Entries without a written description accompanying the video or photo will be considered invalid.
12. প্রত্যেক অংশগ্রহণকারীকে অভিনেত্রী সন্দীপ্তা সেনের স্বাক্ষর করা বিশেষ শংসাপত্র ও সম্মাননাপত্র দেওয়া হবে। / Every participant will receive a special certificate and scroll of honor signed by actress Sandipta Sen.
13. প্রতিটি জেলা থেকে ২ জন করে মোট ১৬ জন প্রতিযোগী ফাইনালিস্ট হিসাবে নির্বাচিত হবেন। / A total of 16 finalists will be selected, with 2 participants representing each district.
14. আপনি যদি ফাইনালিস্ট হিসেবে নির্বাচিত হন, তবে আপনাকে নির্দিষ্ট দিনে কলকাতায় এসে মঞ্চে নিজের জমা দেওয়া রেসিপিটি সরাসরি মঞ্চে রান্না করে দেখাতে হবে। সরাসরি মঞ্চে রান্না করতে অসম্মত হলে আপনার যোগ্যতা বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। / If selected as a finalist, you must perform a live cooking demonstration of your submitted recipe on stage in Kolkata. Refusal to cook on stage will lead to automatic disqualification.
15. চূড়ান্ত পর্বে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য ফাইনালিস্টদের যাতায়াত খরচ (বাস বা ট্রেন) আয়োজকদের পক্ষ থেকে প্রদান করা হবে। তবে এর জন্য টিকিট এবং পরিচয়ের প্রমাণ হিসেবে আধার কার্ড সঙ্গে রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক। / Travel expenses (Bus/Train) for the finalists will be reimbursed by the organizers upon submission of valid tickets. Carrying an original Aadhaar Card for identity verification is mandatory.
16. সেরা ১৬ জন ফাইনালিস্ট প্রতিযোগীরা নগদ অর্থ পুরস্কার পাবেন। / The top 16 finalists will be awarded cash prizes.
17. প্রতিযোগিতার বিজয়ী নির্বাচন এবং যাবতীয় নিয়মাবলির ক্ষেত্রে বিচারক এবং আয়োজকদের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। / The decision of the judges and organizers regarding winner selection and all rules of the contest shall be final and binding.
